The following are the prerequisites for downloading certificates.・ JavaScript is enabled in the web browser settings.
・ ActiveX is enabled in the Internet Explorer settings.
・ Trusted sites are specified in the Internet Explorer settings.
・ The Compatibility View settings are used in the Internet Explorer settings.
