1-1. Purpose of These Manuals
The Certificate Issue Web Site Manuals ('The Manuals', hereinafter) describe how to retrieve the Certificate,
issued by the UPKI Digital Certificate Issuing Service ('This Service', hereinafter), in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox environments.

The following table lists the environment with which the operation on this system has been confirmed.

The following are the prerequisites for downloading certificates.
・ JavaScript is enabled in the web browser settings.
・ ActiveX is enabled in the Internet Explorer settings.
・ Trusted sites are specified in the Internet Explorer settings.
・ The Compatibility View settings are used in the Internet Explorer settings.
