StoredIDを用いている場合、mysql-connector-java-5.1.xx-bin.jar等のJDBCドライバーが適切に配置されていないと、下記のエラーになります。
Shibboleth IdPでStoredIDを利用するための設定方法(MySQL)を参照して /opt/shibboleth-idp/lib/ および /usr/java/tomcat/webapps/idp/WEB-INF/lib/ に配置されていることを確認してください。
