Functions for Administrators

1. Trusted Timestamping (ver.0.4.0)

   We have added a function that allows us to use timestamp tokens issued by third-party Time Stamping Authorities so that we can create trusted timestamps at the time of file registration and use them for detecting such as data falsification. We will use this function in order to achieve research integrity.
   
   

2. Displaying Filtered Research Trails and Downloading (ver.0.4.0)

   You can now search for research trails (e.g. records on a user’s login and file handing) by user names, and download the search results.
   
   

3. Control Function of Turning Storage Add-ons ON/OFF (ver.0.4.0)

   We have added the function that institutional administrators can specify the storage add-ons they wish to control.
   
   

4. Notifications to the Contributors within an Institution (ver.0.4.0)

   We have added the function that institutional administrators can send notifications to the users within their institutions from the administrator’s screen.
   Email is available to send notifications.
   
   

5. Output and Notifications of Statistics Information (e.g. Storage Usage) (ver.0.4.0)

   We have added the function that institutional administrators can output and notify the statistics information on such as storage usage by researchers at their institutions.
