GakuNin RDM is a " research data management service" for managing and sharing research data,
which forms a part of a research data platform called the NII Research Data Cloud (NII RDC)(*), provided by NII.

(*) NII Research Data Cloud (NII RDC):
The NII Research Data Cloud serves as an e-infrastructure where research data and other related files can be managed, stored, and discovered.
It consists of three unique platforms: a research data management platform (GakuNin RDM), a repository platform (WEKO3), and a discovery platform (CiNii Research).

National Institute of Informatics has developed a research data management platform called "GakuNin RDM" for systematically managing
and sharing prepublication research data, and began its full operation from Monday, February 15th, 2021.

【2021/11/22 10:00】Temporary suspension of GakuNin RDM NII storage due to maintenance at AWS-SINET on Dec 8, 2021[JST]

GakuNin RDM service will be unavailable due to the network switching of GakuNin RDM.

●Outline of maintenance work

Service stop: 00:00 on Dec 8, 2021[JST] about 3 hours
Limited function: Access to NII storage
Purpose: To change the configuration of the AWS SINET connection and to make the multipath routing via the SINET Osaka DC

Please refrain from using GakuNin RDM due to network switching between GakuNin RDM and NII standard storage.
It doesn't influence users who use institutional storage.
